I already can see some physical changes and I feel different emotions, because of the hormones I take in a daily basis. Mentally and spiritually, I have become more sensitive and calm in a good way, and my views of life are a bit different, more hopeful and mature.
Most days I go out dressed as a woman, and people are respectful, except some men who make sexually aggressive comments or they react homophobic sometimes. I like when taxi drivers refuse to charge me, of course I don't tell them I was born a male, until I get out of the cab. [lol]
Last week I bought my first training brassiere (the lady at Target in Columbia Heights was very helpful) and I'm getting most of my clothing from thrift stores located in Washington, DC and Maryland. I love collecting unique pieces of clothing and shoes, arty pieces.
So far, I feel very comfortable with this process. I will post more images in 2-3 months. By the way, I'm using the names Camila and Mishki (sweetness in Quechua language) a name given by my good friend Marcos.
